Chocolate / Sweets Vendors: $150 (Early Bird Discount Rate. After Jan. 31 - $195.)

Must sample and sell chocolate or other sweets. This show is very sales-oriented. Sampling helps sell product. Collect Taste Tickets when handing out samples. Vendor determines sample size. Turn in Taste Tickets at the end of the show to be compensated for sampling. 5 tickets = $1 returned. Plan to bring at least 2000 samples. Expected Attendence: 8,000 - 10,000.

Mother's Day Gift Vendors: $295 (Early Bird Discount Rate. After Jan. 31 - $350.)

Strict Limit of 25 Gift Booths at this Festival. You may be asked to provide photos of booth set-up, or clarifications of what you'll be selling. Preference will be given to gifts that are chocolate-themed.

Vendor set up Friday: 11am - 4pm.

Tear-down Saturday at 6 - 9 pm.

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS:

10 x 12 feet, including four 6-ft tables. Each booth includes 2 chairs and a wastebasket. Vendors must supply their own table coverings, and we ask that all table coverings please extend to the floor.

Electricity is available for an additonal $75.

VENDOR BENEFITS:

All registered vendors will be promoted on this website, with links to your own websites. You will also be listed in our promotional materials and emails.

Chocolate Vendors may participate in much-touted contests and cook-offs, which will be judged by professionals or local celebrities.

This show will be HEAVILY PROMOTED!

TASTE TICKETS - WE PAY YOU FOR SAMPLING!:

Vendors love the Taste Ticket model for our chocolate festivals! Customers give you a ticket for each sample. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. At the end of the show, count your Taste Tickets and turn them into Registraton for cash. We pay $1 for every 5 tickets. :)

SHIP PRODUCT DIRECTLY TO THE DENVER MERCHANDISE MART:

Out-of-State vendors who want to ship merchandise are welcome to do so at no extra charge. (There is no refrigerated storage available.)

I don’t remember attending or working a first time show that had the foot traffic this show did. Goes to show you truly know how to advertise a first time event. The foot traffic was phenomenal both Friday evening and Saturday. I also thought the entertainment you brought in was top notch.
